Dearest MollyKat,
I am soooo sorry that it's taken me this long to get around to your 9month post! (Now more like 9 1/2 month post!). Huge changes happened in the last month and a half, and I haven't gotten to it.
So first things first: Your first Christmas! It was wonderfully spent! You got so much stuff, and everyone loved you! (As always) You were talking and talking and crawling, and all around being quite the trooper. Even after you passed out!
You are crawling and talking and moving around SOOO much! You recently discovered you can slide off of the couch wiht your feet first and land on them, grabbing tight onto the couch! You couldn't stop talking and bragging about that feat!
Disneyland Disneyland Disneyland!
Also, you looveee your Uncle!
Though you both look super tired! Haha.
There are some huge changes coming up for you, Little One. Momma just got a new job at a Montessori Preschool! We get to move down to be with Uncle Dave and closer to Auntie Kim. And closer to Daddy's work! You get to go to a new amazing school, and we get to start an amazing new journey in our life!
Love you lots, not so little Frog!

Eight Months!
Dear MollyKat,
I'm sorry for the late blog, but I have a very good reason! I didn't want to write one without us having gone to Disneyland!!
You're eight months now! You are getting so big. Everyday you seem to do something new that has your personality shining through. You are so expressive and love being so!
You are definitely On The Move. You aren't crawling yet, but man, if you can't roll/scoot your way to things. I turn around and you're across the room. You're sitting up just fine by yourself! You're babbling away. In fact, you know you're babbling, so when you learn something new, you can't wait to show off! This happened on Friday when I picked you up from daycare. You looked at me, grinned, and went "babababababa". I was so proud of you! And you couldn't stop giggling. It's your new favorite "word". I don't know if it means anything yet. So far, you just say it at everything; but maybe it'll mean "bottle" or "paci" later on.
You also learned to clap! I was clapping at you, and you were laughing and watching. I then went to take a nap; and when I woke up, you looked at me and clapped with a huge smile. You were so excited to show me!
Daddy and I are so proud of you, little one! We love you to pieces and can't believe how big you're getting!
You are definitely teething, which hurts and makes you sad at night. But you're a trooper. You mostly just want cuddles so you can sleep at night.
The biggest news this month is that we got Disneyland passes on Sunday and took you! Oh man, did you have a blast!! You rode Dumbo and Peter Pan; and absolutely loved it. You also couldn't stop giggling and staring at the lights. It's Christmas time--so there were many cool things to look at.

Grandparents fly in this weekend, babygirl! And Christmas is just around the corner! You are going to loovveee all the bows and ribbons and paper. You already did from a present from Grandma.
We love you so much, Little Frog!

7 Months
Hello Little Frog!
You are probably very annoyed that it's taken me a while to get around to writing your 7month post! Well that is because you have been one busy little girl!
You love baby food. You've started army crawling (I expect you'll be crawling within two weeks). You keep talking and talking and talking. And because of all of this, have kept Momma and Daddy on their toes!
I have video of you attempting to eat sketti noodles and combat crawling, but I have yet to get those uploaded.
Here are pictures though!
Holidays are coming up so quickly! Soon you'll be 8months old, it'll be Christmas time, and grandparents will be in town! Time is flying! You'll be crawling by then, I'd wager.
Daddy got a new job and is starting come December. That should make life more interesting and fun!
As always, we love you, Little Frog.

You love Daddy's Computer! And our phones. And the mouse. And the remote. We decided to dig out one of Daddy's old keyboards that you can pound on just so you'll stop trying to eat ours when we're working. Hehe.
The proper way to sleep, apparently, is with bears on your head!

Six Month Checkup
Molly had her six month checkup today. She is in the 70th percentile for height/weight. She currently weighs 18lbs and is 26" long (up 4 pounds/2inches from last checkup!).
She took her shots like a trooper, barely cried at all. She was all smiley and giggling at the doctor too! I think the most exciting thing about the checkup is that the doctor gave us the go-ahead for babyfood! I predict many hilarious videos to come.
We love you, Little Frog!
