I love having each day pass cause it means that much closer til Molly arrives!
I wish I could sleep through the night without waking up/getting up every couple of hours.
I'm so glad to feel Molly moving around (even between 2-6AM), because it means she is one healthy, active little baby.
I also wish my back would stop hurting when I'm asleep.
I am so thankful and thrilled for my baby shower coming up and the lovely family members who are planning it!
I miss wearing my high-heels.
My belly button is popping out! (and looks weeeiirrdd)
Having to wait seven weeks and two days is teaching this super impatient girl patience.
Seven weeks and two days is really not as long as it sounds.
I am very thankful I work for an amazing employer who doesn't mind me taking off as much time as I can to be with Molly for the first few months. (And is also very excited about us having a baby!)
On the same note, I am thankful that I work in a place where everyone is supportive and excited about Hubby and I having a baby.
I have such great, supportive friends.
I am slightly worried that the thing that's going to get me about labor is the time, not the actual pain.
I am not looking forward to soon going to the doctor every week.
I am glad I found a doctor who I trust implicitly and who has always taken the time to answer any and all of my (probably silly) questions.
I am very thankful that the hospital I'm delivering at has a great NICU for just in case.
I cannot wait to have a regular center of gravity again.
I cannot wait to be able to buy some fun new outfits/shoes.
But most of all, I cannot wait to be in bed at the hospital, holding Molly, and crying/giggling with Hubby over how amazing and beautiful our darling little girl is.

32 Weeks!
So I didn't get this blogpost done as soon as I wanted, mostly just cause I got caught up in life and such. Also, I had a 3-day weekend and that just kind of throws everything into a lurch. In a good way. I loved the time off! Except for the realization that Hubby could have also had the day off but his boss didn't clarify, so he went in anyway, and then she was surprised he showed up. Miscommunication, hooray!
Officially 32 weeks!
I had a doctor's appointment this week. Everything went really well! And it wasn't as long as the other one (thank goodness). I got in and out in about an hour. W00t!
Anyway, Molly's heartbeat is strong at 140bpm. She's headdown, already! Though my doctor said there's a good chance she'll flip around over the next 8 weeks (well, 7 weeks and 6 days). Here's hoping she stubbornly stays headdown, otherwise if she's breech, I have an automatic c-section. Which makes sense. So stay where you are, Molly! Though she keeps moving around so much, I can't even tell what's where. My doctor took like 20 seconds feeling around and went, "Yep! Headdown." I really wanted to ask him how the heck he could tell but figured that might not be the best question. Hehe.
My weight is good (only gained 1.5 pounds since last time), blood pressure is decent, and everything else looks good. Everything is progressing the way it's supposed to be. I'm super relaxed about the upcoming weeks, and really trust that my doctor and my body knows exactly what it's doing. Mentally, I'm raring to go and have her, but I know we need to wait until week 36 at the very least.
I also got some good questions answered about leave and traveling and birth control options. We're in the home-stretch! Hard to believe it!
Speaking of maternity leave, I got the dates cleared with my boss. Officially working through week 39 and then taking off until middle of July. I am super excited about having that much time off and getting to spend it with Molly.
As of right now, the only things really going on in my head are counting down until Molly is here. So soon. Very excited. Glad to also have some fun things happening between then and now too, to help the time pass.
I'm feeling great, for the most part. The only complaint, as usual, is getting stiff/achy after sitting/sleeping for long periods of time. I'm doing my best to remember to get up and move around and stretch out. But for now, knocks on wood, I don't have any swelling or anything. I haven't felt any Braxton Hicks contractions yet, or if I have, it doesn't really register. Molly moves and kicks and stuff so much that I get distracted by her. I also don't feel huge and uncomfortable either. I kind of get surprised when I see myself in the mirror cause I don't register that I'm really that big. Though apparently big enough for people to be asking when baby is due and being surprised that I have two months left.
Here is the picture for this week! Quite the growth spurt since week 30.

Week 30/31, Busy Weekend
So, this blog is a bit late in coming, but I waited on purpose. You'll see what it is later.
Anyway. I'm officially 30 weeks and 5 days! Time is flying by, but I'm glad to hit the 30 week mark. The closer I get to 36 weeks (Full Term, oh my goodness!), the happier I get!
I had a doctor's appointment last week. It ended up taking a freakishly long time (Seriously, four hours?!); but everything is looking great. There was a mix-up in my lab work, so my joy at not getting called about GD was kind of thrown into shock a little when he said, "Wait, you got that testing done? It's not in your chart!" Turns out, the lab got the results and forgot to send it up to my doctor. However, everything checked out fine! I'm slightly anemic, so I'm taking an iron pill a day along with my other vitamins to help with that (Poor Hubby, we just need to eat more red meat. Darn.). Molly's heartbeat came in strong at 144bpm! She is very, very active. I love it.
Apparently, she is close to 3-4 pounds now, and almost 18 1/2 inches long! Which would explain why I can feel her almost constantly, no matter how she's moving. I'm going back to my doctor every two weeks now (joy), which is kind of exciting cause it means I'm getting super close!
So, the reason this blog is late is because we did maternity photos this past weekend! And I was hoping to get some of the picture so I could show them off on here! And also use it as my 30 weeks/31 weeks picture.
Amy, who's a dear friend (both her and her hubby), called me late December early January to ask if she could come out to do maternity photos for us. She's starting up her own photography small-business in AZ and wanted to build up her portfolio (plus it was a good excuse to see us!). I said of course, and she came out this past weekend! We decided to take pictures at Creek Park where we got married, cause we thought that would be really fun to go back to where our amazing married life started and show us now having a baby!
The pictures I've seen are gorgeous. I am so happy with them! So without further ado, here are some of them! (To view all of them, go here!)
I think this is probably my favorite. Captures us so beautifully.
Belly!
4 years ago (in August), I got to pose on this bridge with my new husband and love of my life.
Now, I got to pose again on the bridge with my love and Molly. Such an amazing feeling!

Week 30! (Or, how on earth did we get here so quickly??)
Hello there,
To start out with, I'm going to out and out say this right now: When the hell did I get to be in week 30 (technically, 29 weeks and 3 days)?! Time is going by so quickly! It's hard to believe that in 10 short weeks (or sooner!), we'll be holding our dear little Molly.
Apparently, she is growing and gaining weight, which is good! She should be about 14-15inches long and weights 2 1/2-3pounds. She also is quite the mover. And also takes after Momma and Daddy in that she's definitely a night-owl. To the point of waking me up because of how much she's moving about and kicking. Thursday night, she gave me one heck of a smack in my ribcage, the kind that made me gasp for breath as I woke up. She liked that, cause she kept doing it. She also loves the somersaults (at least, it feels like that), kicks. She has gotten this habit of when I place my hand on her or Hubby does, she stretches up against it. We think she's already a cuddler! She also loovveess to hear Hubby's voice and we think, his pulse at night. Cause she feels him or hears him and won't stop moving about. She also either hates or loves oranges, but it's the sure-fire thing to get her moving about if I need to. Her eyes are opening and closing, and she can tell when it's light out or dark out (pretty cool!). Brain's developing and she's just growing and growing. I feel like she grows overnight at times.
As for me, I'm feeling rather wonderful! So far, the only complaint I have (still) is just the trouble of sleeping well. My back hurts and I can feel my pelvic bones expanding and also hips and such. Not so fun, but hey, all part of the deal right? My friends joke that it's just getting me ready for when Molly is here and she keeps me up all night.
I have a doctor's appointment this Wednesday, so I should get all the results back from my labwork, and I have some questions I need to ask.
It's so exciting that there's 10 weeks left! And also a bit terrifying. Baby Shower is planned in March, and I'm looking forward to celebrating Molly with family.
Hubby and I are at the point where we can't wait to meet her! Though we both (obviously) know that she needs to stay where she is for at least 6 more weeks.
April is coming up so fast. I can hardly wait!
Here's my full-29/starting Week30 picture! I'm very, very round! Only going to get more so from here on out! Hehe.
